From first call to go-live, every step is small and reversible.
An MES project rarely fails because of the software. It fails when assumptions meet the real plant. So we start with the plant.
Start with a Workshop Assessment. Add a Proof of Concept on your own line if you want proof. Then a fixed-price implementation, and a licence that starts at go-live.
Four steps. A go or no-go decision after each one.
You never commit to the next step before the last one has proven itself.
- 1 Workshop Assessment We map your processes, systems, machines, data and people, on site.
- 2 Optional Proof of Concept Your equipment, your data, one or two real lines. Success criteria agreed in writing.
- 3 Implementation One-time, fixed price, paid across four milestones. The last needs your key users' sign-off.
- 4 Go-live and licence Your first licence year starts at go-live, not at signing. Hypercare comes first.
A conversation gives you an estimate. An assessment gives you evidence.
| Without an assessment | With a Workshop Assessment | |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | Assumptions from meetings and demos | Evidence from your actual plant |
| Scope | High-level requirements | Processes, systems, machines, data and people mapped |
| Master data | Readiness assumed | Readiness measured, gaps named |
| Implementation price | Budgetary estimate | Fixed scope, fixed price |
| Risks | Found during the project | Found before you commit |
The assessment belongs to you, whether or not you go ahead.
- Current-state assessment Your plant documented: processes, systems, connectivity, data and gaps.
- MES Readiness Scorecard Process, data, integration, technology and organisation, measured.
- Implementation basis Scope, priorities, dependencies, risks and the capabilities you actually need.
Three typical project shapes.
Exact timing comes from your assessment. These are the usual ranges.
- About 12 weeksSingle-site execution One plant: execution, traceability and the operator layer.
- 16 to 26 weeksFull operational platform Adds scheduling, maintenance, assets and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- Template, then fasterMulti-plant rollout One template plant, then each further site with configuration promoted.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we get a price before the assessment?
Yes, a budgetary range. A fixed price needs real information from your plant, which is what the assessment collects.
Do we have to do the Proof of Concept?
No. It is optional. It makes sense when there is a specific technical or operational risk you want to see solved on your own line first.
What happens if the Proof of Concept doesn't meet the criteria?
The licence lapses and there is no further obligation, in either direction.
When does the licence start?
At go-live. If you sign after a Proof of Concept, its licence is extended at no charge until you go live.
