These terms cover your use of vechr.com. They are not a software licence. VECHR MES is licensed separately under its own written agreement.
By using vechr.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
This site describes VECHR MES and the company behind it. It is informational. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, a warranty, or a contract, and no commercial commitment exists until both sides sign a written agreement.
Product capabilities described here reflect what is shipped at the time of writing. Software changes; we may add, alter, or withdraw capabilities without notice.
Where we say VECHR MES is aligned with ISA-95/IEC 62264, ISA-88, or 21 CFR Part 11, we mean the system provides controls designed to support those frameworks. Alignment is not certification.
Regulatory compliance remains a shared responsibility and depends on your organisation's computer system validation (CSV) and internal SOPs. Detailed compliance matrices by clause are available on request for QA and validation teams.
The content of this site (text, diagrams, product screenshots, the VECHR name and logo, and the design itself) belongs to VECHR or its licensors. You may read it, share links to it, and quote short extracts with attribution.
You may not republish it wholesale, present it as your own, or use the VECHR name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
Third-party names and logos shown on this site, such as ERP, SCADA, PLC, and equipment vendors, are the property of their respective owners and appear only to indicate ecosystem compatibility. Their presence is not a claim of partnership, endorsement, or certification by those companies.
This site links to places we do not control, including our design system at ui.vechr.com, WhatsApp, and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Bandung, West Java.
