This policy explains what personal data vechr.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It describes what this website actually does, not a generic template.
Who we are
VECHR (PT VECHR Teknologi Indonesia) is the controller of the personal data described here. We are at Jl. KH Ahmad Dahlan No.20, Malabar, Kec. Lengkong, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat 40264, Indonesia.

What we collect
Three things, and nothing else:
What you type into the contact form. First name, last name, work email, and your message are required; phone number, company, and job title are optional.
How you found us. If you arrive from an advertisement or a campaign link, your browser stores the Google click identifier (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid), any utm_ parameters, the page you landed on, and the site that referred you. These are sent with your message so we know which campaign to credit.
How the site is used. Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and a small number of interactions: submitting the contact form, and clicking the WhatsApp, phone, or email links.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for, and have no use for, special-category data such as health, religion, political views, biometrics, or financial account details. Please don't put any of it in the message field.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Why we use it
To reply to you. Contact-form submissions are emailed to our team so a person can respond. Without this data we cannot answer your enquiry.
To understand which marketing works. Analytics and campaign attribution tell us which content and which advertisements actually bring manufacturers to the site. This runs on your consent, and only after you accept cookies.
To keep the site available and secure. Our hosting provider logs requests to detect abuse.
Cookies and browser storage
Analytics and advertising cookies are denied by default. Google Consent Mode is set to "denied" for both until you turn them on in the cookie banner, and you can turn each category on or off independently. Until you do, Google receives an anonymous, cookieless signal that a page was viewed, and nothing that identifies you or your device.
Strictly necessary is always on. It covers the two items below and cannot be switched off.
Analytics is your choice. It turns Google Analytics storage on or off.
Marketing is your choice. It turns advertising storage on or off, and decides whether the campaign parameters below are kept for 90 days or only for the current session.
cookie-consent is browser storage. It holds the categories you turned on and the date you chose them. Kept until you change it or clear your browser data.
darkMode is browser storage. It remembers your light/dark preference. Kept until you clear your browser data.
vechr_attribution is browser storage. It holds the campaign parameters described above for 90 days. With Marketing off it is downgraded to session-only storage and disappears when you close the tab.
_ga, _ga_* are Google Analytics cookies. They are written only once Analytics is on, and kept for up to two years.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page, or the button below. Withdrawing takes effect immediately; no reload needed.
Who else sees your data
Only the processors that make the site work:
Resend delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox as email.
Google (Analytics, Ads) handles measurement and advertising performance, subject to your consent.
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, and request logs.
These providers operate outside Indonesia, so your data may be processed abroad. We rely on their contractual data-protection terms for those transfers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is commercially live, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Campaign attribution lasts 90 days in your browser, then expires on its own.
Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics 4 retention setting, currently 14 months.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022), and under the GDPR where it covers you, you may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send you a copy in a portable format. You may withdraw consent to analytics at any time, and you may complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
Email info@vechr.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Children
This is a business-to-business site for manufacturers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we use your data will be announced on the site before they take effect.
