A production order is more than a number in the ERP. VECHR checks material readiness, determines when the order can run, then breaks it into units that stay trackable all the way to the shop floor.
BOM Readiness compares the material requirements from the multi-level BOM against stock available at that moment. If a required material is short, the problem is visible before the order reaches an operator.
In many manufacturing processes, one order produces material that the next order consumes. VECHR can maintain that relationship directly, so the sequence between orders does not rest on a planner coordinating it by hand.
